Foreign Invasion
The topic of foreign invasion in our country has created havoc and dissatisfaction among all of us. I was reluctant to comment because it is a sensitive and disputable issue. Also, it may offend and hurt their feelings. Nevertheless, I have puck up the courage to state my cases explicitly so that people concern may keep informed and judge.
I shall classified into different categories so that readers can clearly distinguish each individual cases objectively.
Employment
Refer to my past employment in various companies, the foreign workers have outnumber local people to ratio 4: 1.
Example : In S.O.C.(a Japanese owned company) employed staff from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan and I was the only local contract worker.
In Vector Infotech (local firm) There were Burmese, Malaysian, Chinese(China)and Vietnamese.
In EDS (local firm) There were Chinese(China), Malaysia and again I was the only local staff.
These foreigners implanted a bad impression and shown hostility in theirs work concern. They were disobedience, and shout at you.
They will not take yours order nor instruction and sabotaged every way they could. They can't communicate properly in English and refused to upgrade nor learn. Instead of embracing and integrate with local people and culture, they dislike and rejected. Worst, they brought along theirs culture and practice unhygienic manner.
Social Issues
They set-up business and solely employed theirs native people to work.They used unscrupulous tactic in employment procedure by breaking the law and rules not to mention how they have conducted their business affairs.
The workers on the other hand will commit crimes such as robbery, molestation, rape, gambling and fighting. Take a stroll along Geylang, China Town, Little India Beach Rd, Orchard Rd, and many other places, you will notice what am I referring to.
Women : Prostituting, selling porn video, and peddling illegal cigarette. I had once advised a illegal immigrant lady to return to her native country. But was surprise and shocked by her reply.
She insisted to earn as much as she could regardless of any trade she is into. Also, she was not afraid of our government and law because she is a foreigner and our law cannot punish her.
Men : They did every things that had mentioned above and worst of all they got into marriages not because of love by PR, citizenship, money and profit reap from investment of HDB.
My next door neighbour, a old couple unemployed was forced to sell theirs flat to foreigners by the HDB. Thereafter, a couple from India moved in and started to dry their clothes and underwear in front of my door step. Bicycles, dirty stuff are stored along the corridor and smoking, chatting during midnight along the corridor. Worst, less than a month, they rented room to theirs co-workers and native friends.
Our Government (PAP)
The government is incapable and unable to handle the matter at all. Problems have keep arising for many years without any solution. Worst, how stupid they are to allow a platform in our national television broadcasting for these foreigners to vent theirs wrongdoing by twisting the fact as to shown they are innocent and victim of our fault. Because we entail them to our country and cheat of their money. The government collected billion dollars from levy and taxes and just employed a few policemen to sit in the office. Worst, the policeman engaged in illegal activities by making used of these illegal immigrants. What a laughingstock it is? The situation has deteriorate to the extend of affecting our daily life and we have to be tolerant and welcome them with our open arms.
Conclusion
The above-mentioned are my true live experience encounter with foreigners in Singapore. Since our useless government can't do anything, we as a upright and law abiding citizen shall take measures to ensure our children and fellow citizen are protected and safe.
No doubt that we allow them to join us but they must accept us and behave appropriately in public and working places. Some of the crime that they have committed due to certain circumstances cannot be acceptable for reason to forgive and forget. If they have been misled or entail by other to commit crime. I would suggest that they report to the authority or police and not to join in with the mastermind. If you chose to do so, then do not care to explain nor deny. "What you reap is what you sow".

Maid or slave?
It has sadden me everytime I came across of news regarding maids being tortured or abused. Thereby, pondered me in search of cause and effect of these tradegy.
As we have crossed the 20th century to progress and developed into a educated and civil society. Why do we need maid as a profession? What different between a maid and a slave? Do they have human right? Should they be protected and regulated in term of theirs welfare, personal interest and job scope guideline?
Who should be responsible and accountable for them?
Let look at this issue in a logical and rational thinking in order to device a set of solution.
1) Employer : They have initiated the first step (caused) to hire maids due to various reasons of their own. However, they must exercise proper working condition, and procedures for the maid's welfare concern.
Example: working hours/days : 6 days a week and maximum of 8 to 12 hours daily working time.
Lodging : Maids are not allow to stay-in with the employer but live in dormitory.
Job Scope and Description : Clear written guideline must be agreed among 3 parties concern; a) maid, b) employer and 3) agency representative.
2) Agency : They are the executors that make things happening. They are, therefore , responsible and manage all the affairs and interest of the others parties : a) maid and b) employers.They have to provide lodging for the maid as well as transportation services. They must ensure that the tasks, done by the maids, are carried out according to the employers requirement. Any dispute arises, must be settle by the agency in the best interest of other parties concern. They have to monitor and routine check on the work in progress in written report. Monthly report must be submitted to the authority in charge for review purpose.
3) Government : They have created policies and thereby implemented procedures and guidelines for this profession Since levies are collected by the government, inevitably, it is theirs responsibility to do rouitne house visit and collect feedback from the parties concern. Whereby, policies and guidelines could be regularly review and revise appropriately.
This profession , MAID ,had been exploited by unscrupulous people constantly whereby, maids suffered in silence and in fear without alternative gateway. Therefore, it is time for the public to step forward to help the maids in plight. Do not forgo them in lurch and extend ours helping hand so that more innocent lives are save and safe.

Once they entered the house, the thief said " Look, this panio belong to me and the antiques there is mine".
They went upstairs and entered the master room. The thief said : " Look, the woman sleeping in the bed is my wife". The policeman was shocked and curious. He asked : " How about the man beside her"? The thief replied : "Are you stupid? That is me!".

Since 1988, the global economic recession, till today. Many issues had poke-up without resolving it.
People character and behaviour had changed to worst. Businessmen became shrewd and unethical.
Government are narrow-minded and incompetence. Numerous of issues and unhappiness and dissatisfaction
remarks can be found online. They are:
1) Foreigner invasion into our society : I had witness my neighbour who are old and unemployed; had to sold theirs HDB flat to Indian PR. Their present caused lot of nuisance to our lifestyle. They will hang underwear in front of my doorway and chatting into midnight along the corridor. Worst, less than a month, they rent out room to their native people.
I have been to many workplace and noticed that foreigners outnumber local workers. These foreigners lack of local content and can't communicate proper language. They are unhappy and refused to integrate with the local people to learn and upgrade themselves. Instead, they bring their culture and habit to Singapore and expect Singaporean to accept theirs.
2) Businessmen : They practice unethical way by importing inferior products to Singapore. Knowing that these could cause serious consequence. Example : water-heater sold at lower cost of $20 each compare to Japanese heater that cost $80 each. Conceal are rusty metal that heated water for consumption. Electrical wire are easily cause short-circuit that led to many houses caught fire in recent years.
Bosses practice favouritism by hiring siblings and relatives to manage the companies. These people lack of the necessary qualification and education. They set poor example for the staff by turning up late and left the office as their will. They will suppress the capable and qualify staff instead of groom and attract talents. Because, they lack confidence and are lazy.
As for some employers, they act alike hooligan and practice high-handed method the exploit their employees. They are solely profit maximum without social responsibility. They do not provide job training and tools for employee. Imagine, cable drum of 2 tons are handle manually instead of forklift. Many workers hurt their back and waist by doing so. All these issues happened in Vector Infotech, DHL. Fedex and more.
Employers flirt with employees and married couples that led to confrontation in public and workplace.
3) Government : They are aware of the issues but turned a blind eyes. NTUC should help workers in plight but instead they keep expanding their businesses as the way Temasek Holding did. Ministers attended forum just to lip service and calm down the public with their stupid and irrational answers. How many time, after the forum , did they serious resolve the issue. Answer : "NONE".
In summary and conclusion : All the above-mentioned, short without elaboration , did affected me personally.
I have gone through traumatised and experience sadness, agony and disappointment. However, still determine and hopeful, that I faced on and learned to be a better man. I would like to share with you that no matter how harsh life is. We must be calm and rational. Show compassion toward our colleagues. Respect other opinion and be courteous in your personal dealing. Sincere in your communicate and be trustworthy and honest person. All these virtue will help us overcome any obstacles in life. Since it is difficult to change others, why not change our mind-set. It is easy to do so by turning to different perspective and desired in our attempt. It is always caused and effect theory that applied in our daily dealing. Treat people nice and in return they will do the same.
